On the 28th of February and 1st of March I had the privilege of working
backstage for the Myer Autumn/Winter range launch. I was able to work alongside
some very talented crew whom worked tirelessly towards making this event
possible and were kind enough to show some RMIT students just how much work
goes on behind the scenes. Alongside this I was able to
meet the beautiful, Jenifer Hawkins and Chris Smith.
I was fortunate enough to have my own work station, and dress my own model in the
amazing designer work such as; Aurthur Gallan, Charlie Brown, Sass & Bide
and much more. Below I have included some of the stunning designer garments
from the event...
A common trend throughout the upcoming seasons range that captured my attention were; silver sequin embellishments,
geometric shapes and patterns, paisley patterns, block colours of the very
classic black and white, leather panelling, peplums, and the contrast of structure and flow so carefully
put together...
